Diverting from the typical treatment methods, Charlie Sheen has put together a rehab plan to suit his desire to receive care at his Hollywood home.

The “Two and a Half” men star decided to seek help after being released from Cedars Sinai on Friday following a hernia resulting from two days of nonstop partying.

Of the plan to be administered at-home care, a source said, “He’s getting treatment done at home. He’s doing rehab there.”

Meanwhile, Sheen’s rep is hoping to keep details under wraps, saying, “In compliance with the national health privacy laws (HIPPA), no further information relating to Charlie Sheen’s health or his rehab experience will be released without his written permission. I can say that all of us who know Charlie care about him very much. We will support him in any we can in this journey, beginning by respecting his privacy.”

Since Charlie’s latest incident, filming for his CBS comedy has been brought to a halt, as a network spokesperson explained, “We are profoundly concerned for his health and well-being, and support his decision.”

Continuing to receive help as she eases into life after rehab, Demi Lovato was spotted arriving at A New Journey Eating Disorder Center in Santa Monica, California on Monday (January 31).

The “Camp Rock” star seemed to be in a bit of a hurry to get inside as she flashed a quick smile while toting her notebook in preparation of the day’s treatment lessons.

Having checked out of rehab and moved back to Los Angeles this past Friday, reports tell that Miss Lovato is still on hiatus with the Disney Channel - as they will wait to begin working with Demi until her camp feels that she’s ready.

As for her music, the 18-year-old plans to tour later this year and is going to focus on making sure ticket prices are affordable for her fans.

Back to work up north of the border, Ashley Tisdale and Aly Michalka were hard at work on the set of “Hellcats” in Vancouver, Canada on Monday (January 31).

The lovely ladies dutifully took their turns in front of the cameras, with Miss Michalka being joined by fellow co-star Gail O’Grady during the filming session.

Meanwhile, fans can look forward to catching Ashley, Aly and the gang in an all-new episode of “Hellcats” tomorrow night (February 1) at 9/8c on The CW.

Titled “Worried Baby Blues,” a synopsis of the action-packed installment via the show’s website tells: “In an effort to raise funds for sectionals, the Hellcats shoot a sexy calendar and throw a launch party with the band 3OH!3. Wanda (Gail O’Grady) convinces Savannah (Ashley Tisdale) to tell her mother, Layne (guest star Teryl Rothery), about Charlotte (guest star Emma Lahanna). Unfortunately, Savannah ends up taking the heat after Layne blames Savannah for being a bad influence. Meanwhile, Marti (Aly Michalka) decides to break into Bill Marsh’s (guest star Aaron Douglas) office in hopes of finding evidence that could clear Travis’ (guest star Ben Cotton) name. However, she’s surprised to find Alice (Heather Hemmens) already there with a different motive. Vanessa (Sharon Leal) wonders if she still has feelings for Red (Jeff Hephner). Ashley Tisdale sings with musical guest 3OH!3.”

Making it sound as if family expansion may be in the works, Vanessa Minnillo opened up about the possibility of a baby in 2011 with Nick Lachey being a strong likelihood.

Asked about the chances that she’ll be joining in on the Hollywood baby boom, Miss Minnillo said, “Things happen. And if a blessing comes before the wedding then that’s exactly what it is, [a blessing].”

Having gotten engaged to Lachey back in November 2010, the pair have yet to choose (or reveal) any set wedding plans at the current time.

The couple just finished filming a guest spot together on “Hawaii Five-O” airing in February, which goes along with the fact that Vanessa has said that work has gotten in the way of baby plans in the past - but that won’t always be the case.

She told, “I would love to have children and work. I definitely don’t want it to slow me down. I’m always going to be, ‘Go, go, go.’ And I’m going to be pregnant, fat and happy through it all.”

As for her role model when it comes to celebrity moms, the 30-year-old revealed that she’s all about Reese Witherspoon, as she dished, “I think she’s amazing. She’s a strong woman who can manage her two babies and still be a talented actress as well an ambassador for her causes. She’s done it all, and she’s done it all with grace and [shown] it is possible.”

Looking to do everything in her power to protect her daughter, Halle Berry is planning to go to battle in court with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry over the custody of their shared daughter, Nahla.

Explaining the situation, the Oscar winning actress’ rep told People magazine, “Halle has serious concerns for her daughter’s well-being while in the care of her father for any extended period of time and is prepared to take all necessary steps to protect her.”

The spokesperson continued, “She has attempted to resolve these custody issues amicably with her daughter’s father, Gabriel Aubry, directly, but given his lack of cooperation, Halle has no choice but to seek swift judicial intervention.”

Unwilling to offer reasons behind Halle’s suddenly aggressive legal position, her rep added, “Halle has always made the needs and safety of her daughter her first priority and, both while Halle and Gabriel were a couple and since their break-up, Halle has only acted in her daughter’s best interest.”

Ready for anything that may arise, Miss Berry has also decided to back out of a role in the movie “New Year’s Eve” to make time for any drawn out court proceedings that may ensue. She has since been replaced by “Grey’s Anatomy” star Katherine Heigl.

Sparking rumors of a new budding romance, Naya Rivera was spotted alongside Douglas Booth at the SAG afterparty at Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles on Sunday night (January 30).

The “Glee” actress walked next to the Burberry model as the pair made their way to valet - with Booth kindly lending his jacket to Rivera so that she could keep herself warm in the chilly late night weather.

The outing followed an evening on the red carpet for Naya, who attended the Screen Actors Guild Awards at the Shrine Exposition Center with her “Glee” co-stars.

Unfortunately, Miss Rivera and the gang ended up losing out to “Modern Family” in the Outstanding performance by an ensemble in a comedy series category.

Looking to sell off her daughter’s former mansion before it goes to auction, Sharon Murphy is in the process of trying to find a buyer for late actress Brittany Murphy’s Hollywood Hills home.

The abode currently has a first mortgage of just over $4 million, and second mortgage for about $500,000, while lined up to be auctioned today - but that has been delayed until February 14th at the bank’s request.

The house had previously been put on the market in March 2010 - shortly after Brittany died - with an asking price of $7.5 million, but was taken off the market a month later.

Spokesman Roger Neal said that Murphy has been quietly working with a lawyer and realtor to find new buyers and added that it is a regular sale, not a short sale, and that it is hoped to be done in normal fashion.

If Sharon can’t find a buyer, she’ll have to settle for whatever’s left over after the bank tries to pawn off the property come Valentine’s Day.

Building up quite the appetite while working the day away, AnnaLynne McCord was spotted picking up lunch on the set of “90210″ in Hollywood on Monday (January 31).

Looking her usual cheerful self, the Naomi Clark cutie donned a white jacket, skinny jeans and red heels as she toted her midday meal en route to her trailer.
