Their marriage definitely took a turn for the worse on Christmas day, but it is now being reported that both Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller want to patch things up.

As previously reported by Gossip Center, the “Hot Shots” actor was arrested on December 25 after threatening to kill Mueller and holding a knife to her throat.

According to Sheen’s lawyer, Richard Cummins, both parties want work it out and Charlie is asking to amend a restraining order that prevents the pair from communicating.

Meanwhile, Brooke’s attorney, Yale Galanter chalks the dispute up “as one really bad night” telling TMZ that Mueller in no way concocted or exaggerated her story of Sheen’s threats. Instead, he says, she did “minimize her story, like many wives in a similar situation do, when they realize their husband could go to jail.”

Living it up in sunny Florida, Rachel Uchitel was spotted popping out of her house with family and friends in Palm Beach on Tuesday afternoon.

Greeted by media members right upon making her way outside, the Tiger Woods mistress and her companions loaded up luggage and piled into two SUV’s before speeding off on their way to an unknown destination.

The sighting comes just after reports broke claiming that Uchitel and Woods were holding hands while partying at a private mansion in Palm Beach over Christmas weekend.

Furthermore, other reports are saying the two were also spotted out together at the ritzy Everglades Club. These alleged sightings come just weeks after Tiger announced on December 11 that was taking a break from professional golf to “focus my attention to being a better husband, father and person.”

Making for quite the adorable sighting, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt were spotted out with their children, Shiloh and Zahara, as they left the set of “Salt” in Manhattan on Tuesday evening.

The “Mr and Mrs Smith” co-star couple both seemed to be in cheerful moods, with Angelina toting Zahara while Brad tended to little Shiloh.

As previously reported by Gossip Center, Angelina has been plugging away on  her “Salt” re-shoot duties over the past few days.

Beginning the process of trying to better himself, Tiger Woods has reportedly checked into a rehab clinic.

According to paparazzo sources, the golf pro has entered a private, upscale rehabilitation facility in Arizona and “has been there for a few days since his handlers forced him to enter the program.”

The source continued, “They feel that if he blames his cheating on addiction, the public will forgive him. Tiger wants to get back on top.”

“He agreed to put golfing on hold so he could show the world how badly he feels about what he’s done and to prove that he wants to correct the problems that led to his infidelity.”

Back home in the States just in time for the holidays, Katie Holmes was spotted paying a visit to Hermes in Beverly Hills on Wednesday.

The “Dawson’s Creek” damsel was helped out of a chauffeured SUV as she made her way inside the popular retail spot for a few last minute purchases.

The sighting comes after Katie had spent much of the past few months out of town while her husband, Tom Cruise, filmed a new movie called “Knight and Day”.

Joined overseas by their kids Connor, Isabella, and Suri, the group ended the stay by celebrating Katie’s 31st birthday at an Irish Pub in Seville before heading back home.
